Job summary

Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the residential sales operation of a busy estate agency in Chinnor. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, commercial approach and proven ability to win instructions and deliver results.

This permanent, full-time role offers an OTE of £50,000 per year, with a base salary in the £30,000–£35,000 range, plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within residential estate agency sales
• Previous Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator experience
• Strong track record of winning instructions and achieving targets
• Confident conducting market appraisals and negotiating offers
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on results and conversion
• Proactive approach to generating new business and building relationships
• Strong local property market knowledge and excellent communication skills

• Winning new instructions and increasing local market share
• Conducting valuations and converting instructions into business
• Leading, motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets
• Managing the sales pipeline through to exchange and completion
• Negotiating offers and progressing transactions to successful completion
• Developing new business through prospecting and building strong client relationships
