Job summary

Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Branch Sales Manager for our client in South Kensington, London. This permanent, full-time role offers £60,000+ OTE per annum and the chance to lead a high-performing residential sales team in a prime area.

You will drive new business, valuations and instructions, oversee branch operations, and build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in residential property sales.
• Strong track record in London property market and valuations.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team.
• Full UK driving licence and own car advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
