Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd in the UK is recruiting a Sales Manager or Senior Broker ready to move into leadership. You will lead the day-to-day sales operation, coach brokers to improve performance, and guide deal structuring and lender selection to deliver the right funding outcomes for clients.

Joining an established team with strong lender relationships, you will oversee targets, KPIs, and the sales pipeline, keep deals moving from enquiry to funding, and work with directors to drive growth

Are you an experienced Sales Manager or established Senior Broker ready to take the next step in commercial finance?

Fintelligent Search is partnering with a growing UK commercial finance brokerage to recruit a Sales Manager. Joining an established team, you'll take responsibility for broker performance, development and deal progression, working closely with the directors to support the business's growth plans for 2027.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day sales operation, helping brokers improve performance and deliver the right funding outcomes for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and developing brokers to improve individual performance and support career progression.
• Providing guidance on deal structuring, lender selection, complex applications and client negotiations.
• Managing sales targets, KPIs and revenue performance, with a focus on conversion and consistency.
• Overseeing the pipeline and keeping deals moving from initial enquiry through to funding.
• Maintaining lender relationships and keeping the team informed of products and lending criteria.
• Working with the directors to strengthen sales processes and support business growth.

About You

You'll be an experienced Sales Manager or an established Senior Broker within finance broking, ready to move into a leadership role.

You'll bring:
