Sales Manager - Commercial Finance Salary: From£DOE + Quarterly Bonuses & Incentives

ACS Staffing Solutions is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing UK commercial finance brokerage for an experienced Sales Manager to join its established team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and ambitious business with a strong lender network, excellent client relationships and a supportive working environment. With further growth planned for 2027, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, developing the team and supporting the company's continued expansion.

The Role Reporting to the Directors, the Sales Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, performance and development of an established team of finance brokers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of finance brokers to maximise performance and support career development.
• Providing expert guidance on deal structuring, lender suitability, complex applications and client negotiations.
• Managing sales targets, KPIs and revenue performance, with a focus on improving conversion rates and consistency.
• Overseeing the sales pipeline, monitoring deal progression and ensuring a smooth journey from initial enquiry through to funding.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and keeping the team informed of products, criteria and market opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, operational efficiency and team performance.
• Working closely with the Directors to support business development and ambitious growth plans.

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales Manager or highly established Senior Broker within the commercial finance or finance broking industry, ready to take the next step into a key leadership position.

You’ll bring strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales and the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team.

You will also have:

• Previous experience within commercial finance broking or a closely related finance sector.
• A strong understanding of lender products, lending criteria and deal structuring.
• Proven experience achieving sales targets and managing pipeline performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to support brokers with complex deals and improve conversion rates.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to contribute to business growth.
