Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Brokerage Manager to own the brokerage function and drive growth in a hybrid role. You will manage a high volume of inbound opportunities and bring a strong background in bridging finance, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage within the UK lending market.

The ideal candidate has extensive industry knowledge, strong organisation, and a proactive business development mindset, with leadership experience being desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in bridging, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage.
• Good knowledge of UK lender criteria and funding solutions.
• Experience assessing, qualifying and packaging finance enquiries.
• Strong understanding of the bridging market.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage high volumes of work.
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
