Fintelligent Search Ltd in the UK is recruiting a Sales Manager or Senior Broker ready to move into leadership. You will lead the day-to-day sales operation, coach brokers to improve performance, and guide deal structuring and lender selection to deliver the right funding outcomes for clients.

Joining an established team with strong lender relationships, you will oversee targets, KPIs, and the sales pipeline, keep deals moving from enquiry to funding, and work with directors to drive growth

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership within finance broking.
• Strong knowledge of lender appetite and funding processes.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop others.
• Proven sales track record in commercial finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day sales operation and broker performance.
• Provide guidance on deal structuring, lender selection and complex applications.
• Manage sales targets, KPIs and revenue, focusing on conversion and consistency.
• Oversee the sales pipeline from enquiry through to funding and maintain lender relationships.
• Collaborate with directors to strengthen sales processes and growth.
