You will coach staff, analyse showroom KPIs, manage vehicle ordering and delivery, and promote the brand’s EV innovation. The package includes £40,000 base salary, up to £20,000 bonus, a company car and a pension scheme.

Sales Manager – Automotive

Norwich | £40,000 + £20,000 potential bonus | Company Car | Full-Time

Ready to lead a high-performing automotive sales team in Norwich and take an already successful operation to the next level? My client is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who can inspire a talented team, drive exceptional commercial performance and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the complete customer journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and aftercare. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail sales team while remaining hands-on and visible across the showroom. You’ll also oversee vehicle ordering, preparation and delivery, analyse KPIs and performance, and identify opportunities to increase sales and continuously improve the customer experience.

This Sales Manager opportunity is ideal for an experienced automotive sales leader who thrives on developing people and delivering results. Your commercial awareness, organisational ability and passion for customer service will be key to building on the department’s strong performance, whilst your interest in innovation, electrification and the future of mobility will allow you to represent an exciting and forward-thinking automotive brand.
