Select Appointments client seeks an experienced Sales Manager in Norwich to lead a high-performing automotive sales team, drive commercial results and ensure outstanding customer experiences from enquiry to handover.

You will coach staff, analyse showroom KPIs, manage vehicle ordering and delivery, and promote the brand’s EV innovation. The package includes £40,000 base salary, up to £20,000 bonus, a company car and a pension scheme.
