Based in Eastbourne, you will drive all stages of the sales journey, oversee the aftersales interface, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, recruit and train staff, and ensure exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability. The role offers a £35,000 base salary plus uncapped profit share and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the sales team while overseeing the operational alignment of the aftersales department.
• Driving all aspects of the sales journey, including lead qualification, vehicle presentations, add-on sales, and deal closing.
• Developing strategic department plans, managing budgets, and implementing financial and operational controls to maximize profitability.
• Managing used car stock lifecycle, leveraging AutoTrader tools to optimize stock turn, pricing, and gross profit.
• Maintaining brand standards, exceeding KPIs, managing recruitment and training, and resolving customer queries with precision.
