Unico Recruitment (London) Ltd is supporting an established luxury London estate agency in recruiting a Sales Manager to lead and develop a small, three-person team. The role focuses on driving performance, generating new business opportunities and shaping the sales strategy with autonomy.

The right candidate will bring ambition, polish, entrepreneurial spirit and a commercially driven mindset, ideally with experience in London estate agency or prime residential or luxury sales environments.

About You:

We're looking for an ambitious, polished, entrepreneurial and commercially driven sales leader who leads from the front and enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

You’ll be a natural relationship builder, confident team leader and motivated by delivering results. Previous experience within London estate agency, prime residential property or a luxury sales environment would be highly advantageous.
