Pembrook Resourcing Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for an automotive dealership in Honiton, Devon.

The role involves leading the dealership's sales team, driving performance and developing the business to align with group objectives. The position offers potential progression within a wider automotive retail group, with a starting salary in the £35,000–£40,000 basic range plus £60,000–£65,000 OTE (TBC).

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade.

• Practical understanding of dealership sales operations and customer expectations.

WORKING PATTERN: EVERY SATURDAY SUNDAYS OFF ONE DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK

THE OPPORTUNITY

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for an automotive dealership in Honiton.

This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a dealership sales team, drive commercial performance and play a key role in developing the business.

The position also offers the opportunity to join a wider automotive retail group, with potential for future career progression into larger dealership operations.

THE ROLE

As Sales Manager, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for the dealership's sales operation, leading the team and ensuring the department delivers against its commercial objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving vehicle sales performance and achieving departmental targets.
• Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
