WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same. Your activities will include:

  1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to tailor-make solutions.
  2. Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
  3. Developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing our top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

Several qualities are important for an Account Manager, including:

  • Customer-facing/sales experience in any industry.
  • A solution-oriented approach to uncover customer pain points and needs.

  • Resilience and adaptability to meet all customer levels, from site operators to managing directors.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed and overcome challenges.
  • Curiosity and a passion to learn, develop, and grow.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing time and priorities autonomously.
  • Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site five days a week (Monday to Friday). Please disclose any points on your license along with expiry dates.
