Reports to: International Sales Director

General Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our sales efforts in the UK market. The role involves marketing Clenergy’s products, solutions, and services; managing local product offerings; supporting technical staff; acquiring new customers; and maintaining relationships with regional partners. Collaboration with marketing, finance, technical, and support teams is essential to achieve company goals.

Main Objectives & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve personal annual and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
  2. Participate in planning and executing market activities; promote and utilize company resources to expand the target market and develop quality customer relationships.
  3. Understand customer needs deeply; advise customers (B2B) and acquire new customers for photovoltaic products, including roof PV mounting, fix tiled mounting systems, and add-on solutions for PV installations.
  4. Present technical product solutions and suggestions to partners at their offices or at solar shows/events; conduct online presentations and marketing events.
  5. Manage the sales process independently, including creating offers, consultation documents, and conducting negotiations.
  6. Ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  7. Participate in order and contract reviews, draft business contracts, and provide customer risk warnings.
  8. Collect payments according to the accounts receivable plan.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  1. Technical or commercial training with experience in selling technical products that require explanation.
  2. At least 3 years of sales experience in the PV sector.
  3. Knowledge of PV roof constructions and ground mounting systems.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  6. Motivated, energetic, good interpersonal skills, and comfortable with group presentations.
  7. Strong coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
  9. Willingness to travel 40-50% for business visits (excluding trips to China or trade fairs) and hold a Class B driving license.
