Job summary

Pear Recruitment is seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator in Welwyn Garden City to join their motivated team. You will register, qualify and manage buyers and tenants, arrange property viewings and negotiate offers while delivering excellent customer service.

In this fast-paced role, you will build strong relationships with vendors, landlords and applicants, work towards branch targets and proactively grow the lettings portfolio. A full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Registering, qualifying and managing prospective buyers and tenants
• Arranging and conducting professional property viewings
• Following up with applicants after viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and applicants
• Proactively matching applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
• Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients throughout the sales and lettings process
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities to support continued growth
• Working towards and consistently achieving individual and branch targets
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to maximise opportunities and grow the portfolio

Location - Welwyn Garden City

Working Hours - Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm

Full UK Driver's License Required - Pool Car Available
