Job summary

Pear Recruitment in Borehamwood is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established independent estate agency. You will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers to achieve sales and lettings targets.

The role requires a minimum of one year in Sales or Lettings, strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive, customer-focused mindset, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of properties for sale and rent.
• Conducting viewings and providing detailed property information to potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales and lettings targets.
• Generating new business and identifying potential sales and letting opportunities.
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and property values.
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain an up-to-date data base.

Salary - £25,000, plus commission - OTE £40,000 - £50,000
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday - 9am - 5pm, Half day during the week

A well-known and highly regarded independent estate agent covering Borehamwood and Elstree is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly and professional team.

The ideal candidate will be an intelligent and confident communicator with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers. You will be positive, proactive, friendly and professional, with excellent presentation and a genuine passion for working within the property industry.
