Conquip Engineering Group is seeking a meticulous Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Alton-based finance team. You will manage customer invoicing, ensure accuracy, and support the wider billing process to safeguard revenue across UK operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the invoicing process and issue accurate invoices in line with hire rates and contracts.
• Protect revenue by reviewing hire activity for missed charges and discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries with internal teams and customers.
• Verify customer POs and ensure information accuracy to prevent delays.
• Maintain up-to-date records for billing information and invoices.
• Support month-end reporting, invoicing cut-offs and identify outstanding revenue.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve invoicing accuracy and efficiency.
