Job summary

Technical Prospects Ltd. in Harrogate is recruiting a Sales Ledger Administrator to join the finance team. The role offers a £26,000 basic salary plus great benefits and is a full-time, site-based position in Harrogate.

You will ensure accurate invoicing, process returns, issue credit notes, and support smooth financial transactions while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong administration skills.
• Finance/account knowledge is beneficial; training provided.
• Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service for all customers.
• Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and crediting.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance department.
• Liaise across departments to resolve invoice, credit and delivery discrepancies.
• Administer returns process and document stages.
• Resolve issues by contacting customers to rectify errors.
• Assist with inquiries, questions and complaints promptly.
• Provide Sage reports and analysis on activities.
• Raise non-stock invoices.
• General office duties: data entry, scanning, filing, phone queries.
• Provide monthly accuracy reports and additional tasks as required.
