SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking a Finance professional to join our Central Services in Burton-on-Trent as a Sales Ledger Assistant / Credit Controller. You will post and allocate cash, create invoices, and support the credit control team while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Based in Burton-on-Trent, SOCOTEC UK's Head Office houses our Central Services teams. These teams provide a corporate structure to support the wider business. Central Services is broken down into five main areas: Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, Finance, and IT. Each of these areas is vital to the day-to-day running of SOCOTEC.

Job Description

Ensure cash is posted and allocated in a timely manner. Creating sales invoices and sending out to clients. Assisting with general admin for the sales ledger and credit control team. Managing our dispute process:

• Posting and allocating cash receipts
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Creating sales invoices.
• Working with the credit control team to facilitate timely payments
• Dispute Management

Qualifications
