Job summary

Love Energy Savings in Bolton is seeking an Outbound Lead Generator to drive new business through outbound B2B calls and proactive lead generation. You will build rapport with UK businesses, identify needs, and transfer qualified prospects to our Sales Consultants.

The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 at home, and a salary of £27,500 with OTE £34,000 plus uncapped commission. 25 days holiday, healthcare, an on-site gym, and a pension are included.

• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people.
• Resilience and persistence when conversations do not go to plan.

• A target-driven mindset and the motivation to earn commission.
• A positive teammate who takes ownership and keeps things simple.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality or telesales is helpful but not essential.

Outbound Lead Generator Location: Bolton / Hybrid Working Hours: Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends!)

Salary: £27,500 OTE: £34,000 + uncapped commission
