Actionlink in Mansfield is seeking a Sales Enablement and Insights Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and compelling client materials. You will build Power BI dashboards, perform SQL and Excel analysis, and partner with sales and operations to drive smarter selling.

You will design surveys, support research, and explore AI-driven reporting while communicating recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. This role blends analytics with business influence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel and Power Query for data analysis.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights and client-facing materials.

• Analyze sales, operations and customer data to identify trends and drivers.
• Create dashboards, reports and scorecards with Power BI and Excel.
• Translate business questions into analytics requirements and KPIs.
