Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in London is seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to drive data initiatives and build influential Power BI dashboards. You will craft scalable data models, transform raw data into analysis-ready formats, and partner with Sales to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related subject area.
• Advanced Power BI with DAX, Power Query and data modelling; Salesforce experience is useful.
• Strong SQL capability for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Solid grasp of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes and data management principles.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling with business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate analysis into insights.
• Highly organized and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, ownership-focused with delivery drive.
• Understanding of data quality management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver analytics initiatives aligned with priorities and business goals.
• Develop, build and maintain Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
• Build scalable data models and structure raw data for analysis.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to translate challenges into data solutions.
• Track and report on metrics including usage, campaigns and migration progress.
• Define reporting standards to drive consistency and adoption.
• Act as data steward ensuring data quality,Governance and controls.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the business.
