Clear Group is seeking a Business MI & Insights Analyst to join our Data, MI & Analytics team within UK Retail. You will partner with operational leaders and commercial stakeholders to understand performance and identify opportunities for action.

You will develop dashboards and MI solutions using Power BI and SQL, analyse performance, and translate data into practical recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets.
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• The ability to turn data into actionable business insight.
• Experience working in operational, customer-focused or regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A natural curiosity and desire to understand the story behind the data.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain insightful dashboards, reports and MI solutions using Power BI and SQL.
• Analyse operational performance, productivity, customer outcomes and service delivery.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities that support better decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Customer Experience and Retail leadership teams.
• Support performance measurement, Consumer Duty monitoring and business change initiatives.
• Help embed a culture of data-driven decision making across UK Retail.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
