Job summary

Boots is seeking a data analytics professional to translate customer feedback into actionable insights. You will build Power BI dashboards, analyze complaints and reviews, and collaborate with teams to drive product quality and consumer safety improvements.

You will develop clear reporting using Excel and Power BI, automate reporting with Power Automate, and present trends to stakeholders to influence decisions and actions.

Qualifications

• Curious and data-driven with ability to articulate trends and insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience analysing customer feedback, complaints or operational data.
• Strong Power BI and Excel skills with proven report/dashboard creation.
• Investigative mindset with ability to ask the right questions and derive practical recommendations.
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience using Power Automate or similar tools to streamline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer complaints, reviews and feedback to identify trends and risks.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Use Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and other tools to improve reporting and accessibility of insights.
• Investigate consumer complaints and product enquiries per quality and regulatory requirements.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and actionable steps.
• Identify potential product quality, safety, compliance and reputational issues.
• Present findings to stakeholders and agree practical next steps.
• Improve data quality and reporting processes through continuous improvement.
