Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in London is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Insights to design automated dashboards and enable data-driven decisions across the sales funnel. You will partner with the SMB LoB teams and leaders to deliver timely insights and improve conversions.

You will drive reporting using Salesforce, Power BI and Google Data Studio, craft actionable commentary, and maintain global KPIs with governance and repeatable processes for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong background in MI / Sales Performance Analysis (min 4 years experience)
• Ability to create meaningful, clear dashboards with appropriate value-adding commentary in Salesforce
• Outstanding analytical skills, self-motivated, high performing and goal oriented
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and skilled at bringing data to life with the story
• Comfortable managing stakeholders, both internal and external and able to question the status quo appropriately

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams and leaders to deliver data driven insights
• Create, deliver and interpret product sales performance insights across regions
• Drive weekly cadence on product funnel insights to optimize performance
• Provide ad-hoc insights for new GTM product launches
• Support forecasting alignment with Finance and governance of KPIs / definitions
