Silcom Recruitment is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive for a well-established automotive dealer in Worthing. You will engage customers, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and guide them through the complete sales journey in a target-driven environment.

A competitive commission structure and a company car are included, with a £30,000 pro-rata earnings guarantee for the first six months. The role offers a realistic on-target earnings exceeding £45,000 and requires a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
• Promote finance products and additional services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

The Package:

• £16,315 basic salary + commission – OTE £45,000+
• Company car provided.
• **£30,000 pro-rata earnings guarantee for the first six months of employment**
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (one day off during the week), Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 3 on a rota basis).
