Job summary

Snows Toyota Southampton in Hampshire seeks an energetic Sales Executive to build rapport with customers, present products, and close sales in a busy showroom. You will receive full training and a framework for success, with a competitive basic salary and generous bonus potential.

You will identify prospects, conduct needs-led conversations, and manage the sales process from demonstration to delivery while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop prospects and guide customers to the right product.
• Demonstrate options and conduct test drives for customers.
• Negotiate price and finance with customers following guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin to ensure orders and delivery prep.
• Follow up deliveries and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
