Snows Group in Basingstoke is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Citroen & Leap dealership. You will identify prospects, understand customer needs, present options, test drive experiences, and help guide them to the best product and sale.

You will maintain showroom standards, handle part-exchanges, upsell accessories, and coordinate with Sales Admin to ensure smooth delivery and handover. A full clean driving licence and fluent English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Talks and listens to customers to build rapport and understand requirements.
• Demonstrates suitable options and encourages test drives.
• Handles part exchange approvals and quotes for paint/repair work.
• Quotes on accessories and additional product options.
• Seals the sale price and discusses payment/finance with the customer.
• Adheres to Treating Customers Fairly guidelines and FCA requirements.
• Coordinates with Sales Administration on delivery, handover and records.
• Keeps showroom tidy and compliant with safety policies.
• Maintains customer relationships and follow-ups for future business.
• Plans daily selling activity and generates new business from prospects.
