Job summary

Snows Motor Group in the South of England is recruiting a Sales Executive for our Chandlers Ford showroom. You will build rapport with customers, identify needs and guide them toward the right product, while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Full training will be given and a competitive base salary with uncapped commission plus a company car. The role suits energetic, customer-focused individuals who thrive on achieving results and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer experience is preferred.
• Willingness to listen, learn and succeed in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Ability to build rapport and guide customers to the right product.
• Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate suitable options and conduct test drives to understand buying strategy.
• Discuss price, financing and payment methods with customers within guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration to ensure product availability and order processing.
• Update customer records and schedule any additional services before delivery date.
• Make post-delivery follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction and future business.
• Plan and organise daily selling activities, including reaching out to prospects.
