Job summary

Snows Motor Group in Basingstoke is seeking a Sales Executive to join our showroom team. You will engage customers, understand their needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through the sale with a focus on delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Full training will be provided, and prior sales experience is advantageous. A competitive basic salary plus uncapped bonus and a company car are on offer, with a supportive team and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and succeed; full training provided.
• Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects, work with customers to understand their needs, and guide them toward the most appropriate product.
• Demonstrate suitable options, conduct test drives, and discuss price, payment methods, and financing within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration to ensure product availability, place orders, update records and schedule services before delivery date.
• Follow up each delivery with a personal call to ensure customer happiness and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Plan daily selling activity, including cold calling and following up on inquiries to generate new business.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the dealership to deliver a seamless customer experience.
