Job summary

Snows in Basingstoke is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join our showroom. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, identifying customer needs, and guiding them to the right vehicle while building rapport and driving sales.

Full training will be provided and you can earn an uncapped bonus through strong performance. The role requires you to manage daily selling activity, arrange test drives, and liaise with the team to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry

Qualifications

• Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
• Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
• PC, Microsoft, and web literate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects, guiding customers to the most suitable product and secure the sale.
• Demonstrate options, arrange test drives, and explain finance options.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration to ensure product availability and schedule services.
• Follow up deliveries with a personal call to maintain relationships and future business.
