Job summary

Snows Chichester (BYD) is seeking an energetic Sales Executive for our Chichester showroom. You will build rapport with customers, guide them to suitable options, and deliver exceptional service. Full training will be provided, with a competitive basic salary and a generous bonus package for the right candidate.

Your day focuses on identifying prospects, guiding customers, arranging finance where needed, and coordinating with Sales Admin to ensure smooth orders and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales is beneficial.
• Ability to listen, learn and succeed with a focus on customer experience.
• PC, Microsoft and web literacy relevant to sales administration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate suitable options to customers and encourage test drives.
• Agree price, payment method and any finance arrangements with customers.
• Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability and process orders.
• Follow up each delivery with a personal call to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan daily selling activity and seek new business opportunities.
