OA Group is advertising a Sales Representative role in Stevenage. The position offers uncapped commission, a clear path from temporary to permanent, and Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm hours. You will join a motivated team focused on building a strong client base and hitting sales targets.

Ideal candidates are motivated, confident with phone conversations, and eager to progress within the business. Prior sales or telesales experience is beneficial, though attitude and drive are key.

Qualifications

• Motivated and money-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people on the phone.

Responsabilités

• Spend ~2.5 hours per day on the phone generating new leads.
• Proactively contact prospective clients and create new business opportunities.
• Build relationships and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with potential clients.
• Work towards sales targets and take ownership of performance.
• Leverage commission structure and incentives.
