Waste Mission is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Stevenage to drive new business and grow a strong client base. The role focuses on proactive calling, generating leads, and building a solid sales pipeline.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm in a supportive team with uncapped commission and incentives, offering a path to progression within a dynamic sales environment.

Formación

• Experience in sales or telesales is beneficial but attitude and drive matter most.
• Ambition and money-motivation are essential for success in this role.
• Comfort with phone-based outreach and achieving targets is important.

Responsabilidades

• Spend ~2.5 hours per day on the phone generating new leads and identifying potential customers.
• Proactively contact prospective clients and create new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with potential clients.
• Work towards sales targets and take ownership of your performance.
• Maximise earnings through uncapped commission and incentives.
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a positive sales environment.
