Our busy Mazda dealership in Milton Keynes is looking to add to our team of Sales Executives. This role would be suitable for established automotive sales professionals.
We offer a high basic salary of £22,500 per annum, linked to an uncapped bonus scheme, with realistic earnings of over £65,000 per year for top performers.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on ensuring all customers are greeted and provided with a consistent sales experience, emphasizing a full 360-degree sales approach.
You will be responsible for maximizing dealership profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations. Your duties include managing sales processes effectively, handling enquiries efficiently, and guiding customers from initial contact through to negotiation and closing the sale.
We expect you to interact courteously with customers in the showroom, on the phone, or online, delivering a great customer experience. You will thoroughly qualify customer needs, explore their demands, and recommend appropriate additional products to meet their requirements.
