Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive to join a franchised car dealership on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent. You will be responsible for hitting monthly targets for new and used vehicles and will upsell add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction.

The role requires maintaining thorough follow-up with customers and handling paperwork accurately. Retail sales experience is preferred for this position and a company car is part of the package.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a superb motor trade organisation and have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Stoke on Trent.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles
• Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer
• Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.
• To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.
• Ideally you will be currently working within a retail sales environment

The Package:

£15,000 basic starting salary. OTE of £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car and benefits.

9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with x1 late shift until 7pm, 10:00am-5:00pm Saturday, 11:00am-5:00pm (1 in 3 weekends, 4th weekend off).
