Silcom Recruitment are working with a premium car dealership to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive. You will join an established team in a modern dealership, handling the sale of new and used vehicles and providing an excellent customer experience.

The role requires following a structured sales process, identifying targets, booking appointments, and aiming to achieve sales and profitability targets, including selling finance and insurance products.

• Experience in car sales or similar which demonstrates structured sales process.
• Strong customer service skills.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently working with an established, premium car dealership who are currently offering a superb opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team.

Working as part of an established team, within a modern dealership environment - this is a superb opportunity for anyone with car sales experience seeking their next challenge.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

• Following a Structured Sales Process to maximise opportunities - Sales of new & used cars
• Ensure an excellent customer service experience
• Identify targets and book appointments accordingly
• Achieve Sales and Profitability Targets
• Selling of Finance and Insurance Products

The Package:

• Starting salary of £18,000 + OTE of £45 - £55K per annum.
• Monday to Friday
• Day off during the week
• Saturday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Sunday rota - 10:00am - 4:00pm
