Flourish in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our office-based team. You will earn a £26,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with clear opportunities to progress as you contribute to growth.

You’ll handle outbound and inbound calls, identify commercial opportunities, manage the sales cycle to close deals, and keep CRM records up to date while meeting personal and team targets.

Location: Glasgow (Office-Based)

Flourish have partnered with a leading organisation in the fleet and fuel management sector to hire a Sales Executive for their growing Glasgow team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making and receiving calls with prospective customers
• Building rapport and identifying commercial opportunities
• Managing the sales process and closing business
• Updating CRM systems accurately and efficiently
• Working towards individual and team sales targetsIdentifying additional upselling and cross-selling opportunities

What We're Looking For
