Job summary

Portakabin Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Trafford Park team in Manchester, driving sales and order-winning activities by promoting Portakabin products and services.

You will coordinate commercial and administrative tasks, support onboarding, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with internal teams. The role involves handling stock and refurbishment details, managing quotations, and ensuring timely payments while contributing to business development

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with business development activities (inbound/outbound calling).

Responsibilities

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide business development, commercial and administrative support to achieve order targets.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members as required.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes and share learning.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future opportunities.
• Collaborate to understand stock availability, refurbishment and fit out details.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to expedite collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain relationships across teams and respond to administrative queries.
• Quotations are prepared and followed up with customers on time.
• Customer enquiries are responded to promptly within SLA timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records in internal systems.
• Meet customer cash collection targets through timely payments.
• Conduct structured business development campaigns to meet order targets.
