Job summary

Portakabin Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Trafford Park team. You will drive sales, promote Portakabin products and services, and support order targets with accurate commercial and administrative activities. Interactions across teams will help ensure margins and on-time quotations.

The role emphasizes customer service, stock coordination, and timely payments while contributing to business development campaigns and new team onboarding.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience of business development activities e.g. inbound or outbound calling activity
• Minimum GCSE or Equivalent level of education including Maths and English.
• Competent in using Microsoft packages including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

Responsibilities

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide business development, commercial and administrative support to achieve order targets.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members as required.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future opportunities.
• Maintain stock records and confirm stock availability and refurbishment details.
