Job summary

Portakabin Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join the Trafford Park team in Manchester. You will drive sales and order-winning activities by promoting Portakabin products and services, while delivering excellent customer service and timely quotes.

Responsibilities include managing commercial admin, collaborating across teams, supporting onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and driving continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience of business development activities e.g. inbound or outbound calling activity.
• Minimum GCSE or Equivalent level of education including Maths and English.
• Competent in using Microsoft packages including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

Responsibilities

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members across different teams to provide business development, commercial and administrative support to achieve order targets at margins.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members as required.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise customer satisfaction and continuity of service.
• Maintain effective relationships across teams and respond to administrative queries.
