Portakabin Ltd. seeks a Sales Executive to join the team in Trafford Park, Manchester, driving sales and order winning by promoting Portakabin products and services. You will execute commercial activities, support from multiple teams and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience of business development activities e.g. inbound or outbound calling activity
• Competent in using Microsoft packages including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

Responsibilities

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teams to support business development and hit order targets.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to confirm stock availability and refurbishment details.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to collect outstanding payments.
• Maintain relationships and respond to queries through communication channels.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on time.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly within SLA timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information in internal systems.
• Keep stock records accurate and updated.
• Meet customer cash collection targets through timely payments.
• Run structured business development campaigns to meet order targets.
