Job summary

Portakabin Ltd in Manchester is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive order winning activities by promoting Portakabin products and services. You will manage commercial admin, support business development and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure stock, pricing and payment terms are aligned with targets, while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to meeting order targets.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience of business development activities e.g. inbound or outbound calling activity.
• Minimum GCSE or Equivalent level of education including Maths and English.
• Competent in using Microsoft packages including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

Responsibilities

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate across teams to provide business development, commercial and administrative support aimed at achieving order targets.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members as required.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future order opportunities.
• Collaborate to understand stock availability, refurbishment and fit out details.
