Job summary

The Lanesborough is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to drive group business and MICE initiatives in London. You will manage end-to-end group bookings, coordinate with hotel departments, and lead internal meetings to ensure seamless execution.

Ideal candidates will have experience in hotel sales, strong account management, and proficiency with CRM systems to maintain up-to-date activity records and client communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales and handling group bookings.
• Ability to manage group accounts from enquiry to billing.
• Familiarity with B2B CRM and cross-department coordination.

• Handle group bookings from enquiry to final billing and follow-up.
• Prepare group recaps and coordinate with departments for smooth on-site execution.

Candidate Profile

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Completing all aspects of group bookings from initial enquiry, group contract, operations coordination through to final billing and follow up.
• Compile all Group recaps, coordinating with hotel departments to ensure the smooth running of groups in house
• Schedule and lead internal group meetings to provide updates to HOD’s
• Full account management and responsibility of group and MICE business.
• Researching and developing new sources of business for groups, Private Dining and leisure events.
• Conduct quarterly review of accounts and follow-up on lapsed business
• Ensure the sales B2B CRM is up to date and sales activities are recorded / blocked.
