The Garden Room at The Lanesborough is an elegant cigar lounge, designed for aficionados seeking a refined smoking experience, with premium Cuban and pre-Castro cigars and Cognac options.

As a Waiter/Waitress you will be an exceptional team player, delivering outstanding guest experiences, communicating between team, Kitchen brigade, and Garden Room management, and ensuring knowledge of menus and presentation accompaniments to enhance guest enjoyment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Excellent command of English; a second language preferred.
• Immaculate grooming standards.
• Preferably excellent knowledge of spirits & cigars.
• This role requires an element of manual handling.
