Job summary

The Lanesborough in London is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency.

You will work as part of the Front Office team, covering various shifts and helping to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining impeccable grooming and language skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous Front Office experience in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential.
  • Excellent command of the English language; a second language is preferred.
  • Immaculate grooming standards and a professional appearance.

Candidate Profile

As a Receptionist you will be the welcoming face of the hotel ready to create the perfect first impression; always ready to provide exceptional service in a professional and efficient manner. We constantly strive to connect with our guests, aiming to create the environment of home – in essence their true London Residence. You will be key to creating memorable moments by efficiently communicating guest preferences and relevant information with every department. You will be a great team player with a real passion for exceptional customer service. The role will be required to cover various shifts and assist throughout the Front Office as needed.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience within Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential and experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred.
  • Immaculate grooming standards.
  • Show drive for Excellent Customer Service.
  • Ability to work on own initiative is essential.
  • Knowledge of Opera system would be preferred.
