Job summary

Donnelly Group in Enniskillen is seeking a Sales Executive to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey, from initial enquiry to handover. You will build rapport with new and existing customers, assess needs, and present suitable vehicle and finance options.

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or motor industry experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs and performance objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations and solutions.
• Present and explain finance and insurance products in a professional and compliant manner.
• Support Retail and Motability customers throughout the complete sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the dealership to support overall business performance

Just as importantly, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the process, ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of service.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs and performance objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations and solutions.
• Present and explain finance and insurance products in a professional and compliant manner.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous automotive sales or motor industry experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Organised, self-motivated and target-driven.
• Professional approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience using Kerridge or a similar CRM system.

Required Criteria

• Driven to meet targets

• Previous experience in a similar Sales role

• Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential
