Job summary

We Buy Any Car in Wakefield is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing UK network. You will be the main point of contact for customers, quoting prices, arranging appointments, and delivering friendly, high-quality service.

No prior car knowledge is required—we will train you. The role offers a competitive base salary with attractive monthly and annual bonuses, plus a structured progression path.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive you will be the main point of contact for customers and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and achieve targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure efficient processes.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
