Job summary

We Buy Any Car in the United Kingdom is looking for a Sales Executive to help customers buy vehicles and to keep the branch running smoothly. You will be the main customer contact, deliver excellent service, and support the team.

The role includes a 42.5-hour week on a rotating 5 days on/2 days off schedule with weekend work. A base salary and on-target earnings reflect performance and company bonuses.

Qualifications

• Have a current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth operation of the branch; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to support branches.

Job: Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
