Job summary

We Buy Any Car is hiring a Sales Executive in Aberystwyth. The role involves engaging customers, negotiating deals, and delivering excellent service to drive branch performance.

You will be the primary contact for customers, manage appointments, and work within a target-driven environment. Successful candidates will have a full UK driving license, be comfortable with targets, and enjoy building relationships.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
