Job summary

We Buy Any Car in Reading is hiring a Sales Executive to join our growing UK network. You will be the main contact for customers, helping buy cars and guide them through the sale process.

Salary £28,200 per year with OTE £35,220. Fantastic monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance. Hours are 42.5 per week in a rotating 5 days on, 2 days off pattern, with weekend work. We offer extensive training, progression opportunities, and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Job: Sales Executive

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
